Using information technology, those affected locally as well as global initiatives made by communities of volunteers working for humanitarian objectives successfully implement innovative forms of collaboration and new services. A report came back on these innovations and focused recommendations for a meeting and a better synergy between these new forms of aid and the existing system: the "Disaster Report 2.0".
