The steering Committee

The Steering Committee was established with the aim of giving the opportunity to structures participating in the Salon of Solidarity, to express their opinion, to collaborate in the organization of the event and to contribute to its improvement. The committee members are structures that has already spoken at the event in the past. The Steering Committee meets twice per quarter.

Thematic committees

Parallel to the Steering Committee, three committees were set up around the themes:

• animations,
• communication,
• conferences and workshops.

These committees have the function to consider the technical details of the organization and to submit proposals to the Steering Committee. They are chaired by one or more member(s) of the Steering Committee and represent structures that will be exhibiting in the next room. Thus, the exhibitors take full ownership of the event.
